Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for an Operations Leadership role focused on developing and supporting partner fulfillment centers. The role emphasizes project management, training, and on-site operations to ensure centers perform to ShipBob standards.

You will partner with SFN sites, drive launch plans, train staff, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to deliver a world-class merchant experience. The position requires travel to sites and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and outbound/inbound fulfillment operations.
• Ability to open new building sites and set up teams for success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop partner fulfillment centers to meet ShipBob standards.
• Oversee startup functions including project management, systems training, and equipment setup.
• Build partnerships with SFN partner sites and tailor launch plans for successful integration.
• Coach SFN partners with tailored training and materials for effective dashboard use.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and merchant satisfaction.
