Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Principal Electrical or Computer Engineer to lead the design and verification of testbenches for high-performance digital ASICs and FPGAs based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in VHDL and SystemVerilog with at least 8 years of experience, as well as active U.S. government issued security clearance. A generous benefits package includes medical, dental, and vacation time.

Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead and/or mentor junior engineers.
4+ years of experience applying chip-level verification methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and verification of advanced testbenches.
Drive development of signal processing technologies supporting Mission Systems.
Contribute to engineering estimates for new program pursuits.
