Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience in underground utility construction.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or Leadman role.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of equipment operators.
• Interpret civil engineering plans and site specifications.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct daily inspections.
• Manage the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
