Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site crews on underground utility projects in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality aligned with project plans and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors, read blueprints, and mentor crew members while maintaining thorough site documentation and enforcing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utility installation, and site layout.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
