Pipeline Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead daily field operations on underground construction projects in Melbourne, FL.

This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications. You will enforce safety standards, maintain records, and support project managers and inspectors while performing hands-on tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading crews on underground construction projects.
• Experience operating heavy equipment commonly used in underground construction (e.g., excavators, loaders, trenchers).
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with crew, inspectors, and project managers.
• Practical carpentry skills for forms, structures, and related tasks.
• Maintenance skills for basic troubleshooting and upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and work orders.
• Commitment to safety, including enforcing safe work practices and participating in safety meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training is a plus.
