Qualifications

• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and manage facility food service operations.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Communicate with clients to develop positive connections and ensure service quality.
• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per menu and plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Ensure proper food storage and safe handling.
