Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator in Buffalo, NY to support onsite events across lunch and dinner programs. You will set up, tear down, and maintain high-quality site conditions while solving issues in real time for a great customer experience.

This role requires hospitality/event experience, strong communication, and comfort with Fooda’s technology in a fast-paced startup environment. Schedule is Monday through Thursday; 20–25 hours per week with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events background preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work local in Buffalo, NY and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• On-site event support: setup, tear down, clean equipment and areas.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues.
• Learn Fooda’s tech and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with restaurants and clients to ensure quality experience.
• Manage on-site schedule: Monday through Thursday lunch/dinner programs.
