Job summary

Fooda is seeking an onsite lead in Barker, NY to deliver a hospitality-driven experience for a rotating popup restaurant program. You will be the primary contact for clients, staff, and restaurant partners, ensuring daily service runs smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and standards are upheld.

You’ll manage menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow while maintaining strong vendor relationships and communicating expectations to the restaurant network to support a seamless lunch program.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
• Demonstrated onsite ownership and autonomy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to guide staff and coordinate with restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client, employees, and vendors.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff and coordinators.
• Partner with restaurant teams to ensure setup and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer experience, escalate to Sr Strategic Account Manager when needed.
• Manage menus, POS updates, signage, and daily presentation.
• Help strengthen the restaurant network by sharing feedback and enforcing standards.
