Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator for our Buffalo, NY market. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or events experience who wants to learn Fooda’s food-service tech and support a network of local restaurants.

You’ll be onsite for lunch and dinner programs, typically Monday through Thursday, handling setup, guest service, and issue resolution while building relationships with customers and restaurants alike.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events background is preferred.
• Experience in catering or serving is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite, including setup, tear down and customer experience.
• Learn Fooda technology and operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders or late deliveries in real time.
• Provide on-site customer service to customers during events.
• Assist with restaurant event audits to ensure quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
• On-site schedule follows Monday–Thursday for lunch and dinner programs.
