Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead frontline operations at the Peru, IN site. You will oversee daily production, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency on the line while coaching a team of hourly employees.

You’ll coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations, manage line readiness, and participate in monthly safety and performance reviews. This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in supervision or lead role.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) for problem solving.
Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed; travel up to 5%.
