Smithfield Foods, Inc. is hiring an Operations Lead to join our production team in Peru/Indiana. You will work on the meat processing line, operate hand tools and machinery, and support training for production staff.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring endurance, accuracy and adherence to safety standards. You will play a key role in maintaining quality and productivity while upholding Smithfield's safety policies and teamwork values across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Willing to handle meat processing environments and equipment safely.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Support line management and train production employees.
