Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking three Manufacturing Production Supervisor III positions in Denver, Colorado. This full-time contract role offers 4 months with potential extension, onsite duties, rotating shifts and overtime opportunities.

You will lead hourly production crews, monitor output against targets, enforce GMP/HACCP/OSHA safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve line issues. Strong leadership and communication on a fast-paced plant floor are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising in food or manufacturing production.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to lead teams of 15+.
• Proficient in production reporting and basic Excel.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule production crews across assigned lines.
• Monitor output, yield and downtime against daily targets.
• Enforce GMP, food safety and workplace safety rules.
• Coach, train and hold team members accountable.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve line issues.
• Complete shift reports, labor tracking and handoff notes.
