Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking three Manufacturing Production Supervisor III positions in Denver, Colorado. This full-time contract role offers 4 months with potential extension, onsite duties, rotating shifts and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Pay/Compensation: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour

Assignment Details

• Contract assignment, 4 months with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite

• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule production crews across assigned lines
• Monitor output, yield and downtime against daily targets
• Enforce GMP, food safety and workplace safety rules

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years supervising in food or manufacturing production
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OSHA safety standards
• Proven ability to lead teams of 15 or more
• Comfortable with production reporting and basic Excel
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dairy, bakery or beverage manufacturing
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Prior work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment
• Willingness to cross-train across lines and shifts
• Strong record of safe work habits and attendance
