Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Colorado to lead daily production of high-quality, safe prepared meals. You will ensure processes meet SQF, HACCP and GMP standards, manage timelines, and uphold our Quality Management System.

You will oversee a team of up to 75 per shift, coach staff to meet food-safety and quality targets, and ensure safe operation of equipment in a noisy production environment across 2nd and 3rd shifts (2pm and 10pm starts).

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a production team up to 75 per shift.

Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in Colorado.

We are seeking 2Production Supervisorsto join our leadership team. In this role you will oversee daily production of safe, high-quality prepared meals, ensure all processes meet established standards and timelines, and uphold our Quality Management Systems (including SQF, HACCP, and GMP). You will be accountable for both food safety and product quality. Any observed issues or risks to food safety or quality must be immediately reported to a supervisor or manager.

Shift

• Productions Supervisor (2nd Shift) - earlier shift 2pm start time
• Productions Supervisor (3rd Shift) - later shift 10pm start time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of up to 75 associates per shift, managing rotations, training, breaks, and daily workflows to ensure safe operations and consistent quality.
• Coach and develop production team members so they consistently meet food-safety, workplace-safety, and product-quality standards.
• Demonstrate full working knowledge of all equipment in the assigned production area and operate it safely.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid working knowledge of quality systems and familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
• Ability to remain focused and effective in a noisy production setting.
