Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor III for its Denver, CO facility. Shifts available: 1st 6am–2:30pm, 2nd 2pm–10:30pm, 3rd 10pm–6:30am. Candidates may be scheduled for weekends; schedule TBD. This role supports production, quality, and safety across a large site.

Responsibilities include coordinating plant goals, applying lean methods, and driving cost savings while ensuring compliance with Safeway standards and regulatory guidelines. Panel interview scheduled.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of various manufacturing and warehouse functions within a single large, complex and fast paced production facility to drive maximum financial results and deliver a quality on-time product for customers.
• Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.
• Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.
• Promote development of cost saving initiatives.
• Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Safeway, Federal and State guidelines Ensure regulatory
• compliance as appropriate (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, Etc.)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 or more years of leadership experience in a production environment
• 1 of more years’ experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong leadership background - ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce
• Ability to manage and develop employees
• Availability - willingness to work hours and holidays
• Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
