Job summary

Sodexo in Minnesota seeks a Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee on-site food service operations at M Health Fairview Bethesda and other Fairview facilities. The role drives operational performance, financial results, and client satisfaction through hands-on leadership, safety oversight, and strategic execution.

You will manage people (no direct reports), set direction, and deploy resources, including maintaining spreadsheets, presentations, and Microsoft Office tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years management experience.
• 2-3 years related experience.
• Experience leading on-site food service teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site food service operations and deliver service outcomes.
• Lead a high-performing team, safety oversight, and planning.
• Manage SharePoint sites, pull client data, and update pricing.
• Coordinate with clients to meet contractual commitments.
