Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to support M Health Fairview Bethesda and other Fairview facilities. This onsite role provides operational and administrative support, including spreadsheets, presentations, and Microsoft Office tasks.

You will lead on-site food service operations, drive performance and safety, and manage pricing and data analysis across facilities where needed. No direct reports, but strong team leadership and collaboration with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: 2 - 3 years
• Related Experience: 2 - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Manage Fairview SharePoint sites and pull client data.
• Update HealthTouch pricing using US Foods costs.
• Provide operational support across Fairview facilities as needed.
• Lead on-site food service operations with no direct reports; drive service, safety and client satisfaction.
