Fooda is seeking on-site event staff in New Jersey to support rotating popup restaurants inside offices. You will set up and tear down equipment, troubleshoot issues, coach users on the app, and deliver real-time customer service during lunch hours.

The role emphasizes hospitality, tech comfort, and strong communication while offering part-time hours (5–25 per week) and opportunities for growth. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down, and clean equipment and site areas onsite.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, or miscommunication.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite tech, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly with customers.
• Audit restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
• Hours include lunchtime peak times; positions available Mon–Sat 10am–2pm; may vary.
