Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Support to help onsite during lunch hours in Mountain View, CA. You’ll set up and tear down equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for Fooda’s popup restaurant programs.

You’re friendly, tech‑savvy, a strong communicator, and organized. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred, and you’ll need reliable transport for 5–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience preferred.
• Availability for part-time hours (5–25 hours per week) during lunch hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear down, cleaning, and customer experience assurance.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology; resolve issues with orders/deliveries.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching; provide real-time customer service.
• Escalate issues to Operations as needed to maintain quality.
