Job summary

Fooda is seeking friendly, energetic team members to support on-site events, set up and tear down, and ensure excellent customer experience during lunch hours. You will troubleshoot POS and on-site tech, coach users, and assist with promotions and app guidance.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy fast-paced environments. This is a part-time role with a flexible 5–25 hour week schedule and opportunities for advancement within Fooda.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures.
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.
• Critical hours are over lunch; we have positions available Monday - Friday (10 am – 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need.
