Fooda is seeking a dedicated events support assistant to help us bring rotating popup restaurants into offices. You will be onsite to set up, tear down, clean equipment and areas, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience during lunch hours.

You will gain competency with Fooda’s technology and procedures, handle issues such as incorrect orders or late deliveries, and provide real-time on-site service.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down events onsite, clean equipment and areas, and ensure high-quality setup and customer experience.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or miscommunications via email or on-site.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
