Fooda is hiring for on-site event support in Palo Alto, CA. You will help set up and tear down food program events, troubleshoot POS and display boards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience during lunch hours.

You will gain competency with Fooda technology and standard procedures, handling issues like late deliveries and miscommunications, and providing real-time support to customers. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a unique workplace food program.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and tear down onsite, clean equipment, and ensure high quality setup and customer experience
• Become proficient with Fooda’s technology and operations procedures
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or miscommunication via on-site problem solving
• Troubleshoot POS systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coaching of the mobile app
• Provide real-time on-site customer service to promptly resolve issues with consumers
• Audit restaurant event setup for consistency and quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed
• Work during lunch hours Monday–Friday (10am–2pm)
