Qualifications

• Experience in catering or serving preferred.
• Part-time availability 5-25 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: setup, teardown, clean equipment, and site areas.
• Troubleshoot for issues like incorrect orders or delivery delays.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
