Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure test structures and equipment according to engineering specifications and testing requirements, executing pre-test preparation when necessary
• Ensure proper handling, storage and tracking of test structures throughout the process
• Execute testing operations, including functional, structural, and performance tests, while adhering to established protocols and safety standards
• Monitor test processes and accurately record data for analysis and reporting purposes in an organized and detailed fashion
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, escalating complex problems to the engineering team as needed
• Maintain test equipment for optimal performance by ensuring routine maintenance and calibration are current, coordinating with appropriate teams as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all testing procedures
