Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the on-site team in Dallas, TX. You will be the primary technical contact for client environments, maintaining systems and responding to incidents with defined SLAs.

The role requires 1–2 years of on-site support experience in financial services, strong MS 365/Azure knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of building client relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor system health and performance; perform maintenance including software updates and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate complex problems to internal teams as needed.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs and incident management processes.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation.
