Job summary

Options Technology in New York City is seeking an on-site engineer to support our trading technology stack. You will work closely with the client's technology team to ensure smooth operation of the options trading platform.

The role requires 1–2 years of on-site tech support in finance, a CS/IT degree, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and device deployment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of on-site technical support in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of 365, Azure, Endpoint Management and device deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems.
• Monitor health and performance of internal systems and perform maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage incidents and SLAs, documenting resolutions.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as a technical advisor.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in testing and deployments.
• Conduct training for the client's technical staff.
