Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join the on-site team supporting a client's trading technology infrastructure in Dallas, Texas. You will act as the primary technical contact, monitor system health, perform maintenance, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

We value strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. Travel readiness and professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certs are advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
1-2 years' experience in a similar on-site technical support role within financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following incident management processes.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation.
