Options Technology is seeking an On-Site Technical Support Engineer to support our options trading platform and technology infrastructure. You will work closely with the client’s technology team to ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in on-site tech support within financial services, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. Travel to client sites may be required, with opportunities for professional growth in a global fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of on-site technical support within financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems.
• Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance and software updates.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Respond to incidents and service requests per SLAs and document resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a technical advisor.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in testing and validation.
• Conduct training sessions for the client’s technical staff.
