Job summary

Raytheon Intelligence and Space is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the Taurus program, a new contract awarded in May 2026 with a two-year period of performance. The role reports to the IEO Finance lead and focuses on time-phased budgets, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

You will work in a mix of independent and cross-functional settings with Program Management and Business Management, performing budgeting, EAC analyses, and ad-hoc data reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship for clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, reporting, risk management, and financial support
• Develop quarterly EACs and project ETC/EAC/LRE projections
• Prepare and support financial CDRLs for customer submittals
• Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and government customers
• Support WBS maintenance and cost accumulation
• Assist with manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Provide PMO/CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reports
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data integrity reviews of program financials
