Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Field Support Officer to provide on-site and remote IT support, install and image Windows systems, and manage assets. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and security tooling.

You will collaborate with network, applications, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely ticket resolution and go-live readiness, while upholding ITIL standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and configuring Windows 10/11 devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and policy application.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users.
• Handle service requests and incident resolution via ticketing tools.
• Install, image, and configure Windows 10/11 systems.
• Join devices to Active Directory and apply required policies.
• Assist with migrations, rollouts, and go-live activities.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Ensure endpoint security using Symantec Endpoint Security.
• Follow ITIL processes and team SOPs.
