Job summary

ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver first-class service and technical support to financial-industry clients, onsite and remotely, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

The role covers desktop and light server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, upgrades and relocations, with daily interaction with high-profile clients in the clients’ environments.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of end user support experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to financial clients.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and light servers; perform installations and upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, VPNs, and common security features.
• Maintain professional client interactions and documentation.
