Job summary

ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver first-class service and technical support to client environments, onsite and remotely. You will troubleshoot desktops, light servers, and perform installations, upgrades, and relocations for financial services clients, with strong emphasis on professionalism and communication.

The role requires 1–3 years of end-user support experience, networking basics, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• College diploma/University degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of end user support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class on-site and remote technical support to ECI clients.
• Troubleshoot desktop and light server issues, install upgrades, and relocate equipment.
• Interface with high-profile financial services clients, maintaining professionalism.
• Assist with network and system maintenance and vendor coordination.
