Job summary

ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support to financial industry clients. The role includes troubleshooting desktops and light servers, performing installations, upgrades, and relocations, and ensuring high-quality customer service in client environments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of end user support, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree in Computer Science or related field with 1–3 years of end user support.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sharp attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service, advice and technical support to clients onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot desktop and light server issues, install upgrades and relocations.
• Interface with high-profile financial clients daily in their environments, maintaining professionalism.
• Perform networking-related tasks and basic hardware/software configurations as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and maintain systems.
