Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Dublin, GA seeks an on-site Field Service Engineer I to support Honeywell Quality Control Systems (QCS) and Continuous Web Solutions (CWS) in pulp and paper and related industries.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, calibration, and strong customer communication. You will perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and produce service reports while providing reliable, 24/7 support when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in Honeywell QCS, Electronics, Process Control, IT or military.
• 1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support for Honeywell QCS.
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
• Perform sensor verification and calibration.
• Publish Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports and Service Reports.
• Interface with customers at all levels; ensure customer satisfaction through communication.
• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and other technicians.
