Job summary

Honeywell in Savannah, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to provide on-site service for Honeywell QCS and CWS platforms in the pulp and paper sector.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, calibrate sensors, and deliver performance reports to customers. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required, plus the ability to provide 24/7 emergency support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Technology, Electronics, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of equivalent experience in Honeywell QCS, Electronics, Process Control, IT or military.
• 1 year of experience using software diagnostics and configuration for electrical equipment or machinery.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of QCS and CWS systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process problems.
• Verify and calibrate sensors.
• Publish performance, Results, and Action reports to customers.
• Interface with customers at all levels to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide 7x24 emergency support and occasional vacation coverage.
