Job summary

Honeywell in Dublin, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to provide on-site service for Honeywell QCS and CWS platforms used in the pulp and paper industry. You will support customers in the Dublin area on an in-person schedule.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, sensor calibration, and producing monthly performance and service reports. You will interface with customers at all levels to ensure satisfaction and provide occasional vacation

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in Honeywell QCS platforms, Electronics, Process Control, Information Technologies or military.
• 1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience.
• Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell QCS.
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
• Perform sensor verification and calibration.
• Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports and Service Reports.
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and other technicians.
