Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Dublin, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to provide on-site support for Honeywell QCS and CWS platforms in pulp and paper and related industries. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, sensor calibration, and detailed customer reporting.

You will interact with customers at all levels, respond to emergencies, and support teams as needed. An associate degree or 3 years of equivalent experience plus a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience.
• Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell QCS.
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
• Perform sensor verification and calibration.
• Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports and Service Reports.
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and other technicians.
