Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to deliver on-site service for Honeywell QCS and CWS platforms in the Savannah, GA area. The role entails preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, sensor calibration, and producing critical reports for customers. Applicants should have relevant degrees, 4+ years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Technology, Electronics, or Engineering.
• 4 or more years of equivalent experience in areas such as Honeywell QCS platforms, Electronics, Process Control, Information Technologies or military.
• 1 year of experience using software diagnostics and configuration for electrical equipment or machinery.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems (QCS) and Continuous Web Solutions (CWS).
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
• Perform sensor verification and calibration.
• Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.
