You will inspect, troubleshoot, install, and document activities while maintaining safety standards and a strong customer focus.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant technical experience, high school diploma (AS degree preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Provide expert repair services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance during service activities.
• Diagnose issues and prevent equipment downtime.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager and conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
