Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety management systems.
• Professional certification(s) such as Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910 standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive safety culture for the project site.
• Develop safety performance metrics and key targets for the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA.
• Facilitate daily safety briefings and drills.
• Document and report all incidents and near misses.
• Analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
