Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of HSSEQ management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive safety culture for the project site.
• Develop safety performance metrics and targets.
• Provide guidance for safety efforts during construction, coordinating with contractors and site managers.
• Review and approve construction safety plans, JHAs, and contractor safety programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local regulations.
• Facilitate daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and corrective action development.
• Train operations personnel in hazard recognition and emergency procedures.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide data analysis and reporting support for safety outcomes.
