Worley is seeking a Field Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities at an active industrial construction site in Bastrop, TX. You will manage materials, equipment, and services to support project schedules and budgets.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and suppliers, expedite deliverables, and drive risk management while ensuring safety and compliance with project requirements. A strong track record in industrial EPC projects is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or project execution experience.
• Proven experience supporting industrial construction, EPC, energy, chemicals, mining, or major capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
• Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement with engineering, construction, logistics, and suppliers.
• Expedite drawings, documentation, and schedules; monitor supplier commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks impacting project success.
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and supplier evaluations.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and procurement recommendations.
• Oversee procurement schedules, tracking, and supplier performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts and project requirements.
• Collaborate with construction and materials teams for effective material handling on site.
• Identify procurement risks and opportunities for planning and forecasting.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to procurement personnel and support workforce development.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and project reporting.
