Job summary

Greenwood Industries is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Providence, RI office on-site. You will assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and ensuring client satisfaction on construction projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative experience in a construction environment.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, addenda, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals is a plus.
• Familiar with standard deliverables and work processes on projects.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to plan and organize activities.

Responsibilities

• Document control management for project records.
• Assist with change orders, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
• Punch-list management and close-out documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by project management.
