Job summary

Energy Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in solar PV, BESS, or wind projects. This role requires excellent leadership, documentation skills, and a commitment to safety. EPS offers growth opportunities, work-life balance, and a supportive company culture. 100% travel to project sites across the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing construction on large projects, ideally in renewable energy.
• Experience with solar PV, BESS, or wind projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certified or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution as onsite representative.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
• Track progress and monitor critical path activities.
