The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in solar PV, BESS, or wind projects. This role requires excellent leadership, documentation skills, and a commitment to safety. Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing construction on large projects, ideally in renewable energy.
Experience with solar PV, BESS, or wind projects preferred.
OSHA 30 certified or equivalent safety training.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day construction execution as onsite representative.
Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
Track progress and monitor critical path activities.
