Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable projects across the United States. You will ensure work aligns with plans, manage schedules, and support QA/QC, safety, and environmental requirements.

You will review plans, monitor deliveries, track milestones, and collaborate with EPC partners while maintaining accurate field records and driving continuous improvements in project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating solar, BESS, or wind projects and EPC partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools; OSHA 10 safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind).
• Review work plans, means and methods, safety procedures, and schedules across electrical and general construction scopes.
• Monitor delivery, staging, and storage of equipment and materials for project readiness.
• Track milestones and coordinate with EPC partners to adjust plans as needed.
• Support permit compliance, inspections, environmental requirements, and closeout documentation.
• Participate in punch walks, mechanical completion, substantial completion, and closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate field documentation of site conditions, decisions, inspections, and progress.
