Job summary

Liss Technologies in New York is seeking a Client Services Dispatch Engineer to act as the onsite resource for client technical support and travel to client locations as needed.

You'll assist with hardware, software, and basic system issues, coordinating with teams, and documenting actions in the ticketing system. A strong customer service mindset and solid technical judgment are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service/desktop support experience.
• Ability to diagnose common hardware and software issues.
• Comfort with traveling to client sites regularly.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite contact for client IT staff seeking assistance.
• Travel to client sites to complete scheduled visits and open tickets.
• Respond to incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the support system.
• Escalate complex issues per SOP.
• Provide clear guidance and updates to users.
