Job summary

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to diagnose common hardware/software issues.
Experience documenting incidents and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the onsite point of contact for end users and client IT staff seeking technical assistance.
Travel to assigned client sites according to dispatch schedule to complete visits and open service tickets.
Respond to incidents and service requests onsite and through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate hardware, software, connectivity, and account access issues.
Maintain end-to-end ownership of support requests with timely follow-up and clear communication.
Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
