Job summary

Enable Resource Group is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver on-site and remote IT support for church clients, primarily in Nashville. You will install and maintain hardware/software, manage user accounts, and ensure solutions are clearly explained to clients of varying tech skills.

Candidates should have 3+ years in IT support, strong MS 365/AD skills, and familiarity with networking and virtualization. A professional, service-oriented approach is essential, with a focus on building trusted

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support handling Tier II–III tickets.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and AD/Entra ID.
• Windows and macOS operating systems support.
• Networking basics: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, IP routing and WAN/LAN.
• Virtualization experience (Hyper-V or similar).
