Enable Resource Group is seeking an onsite IT Systems Technician to support client technology issues in Houston, TX. You will be the frontline contact, building relationships and delivering reliable resolutions in a fast-paced service environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, customer service, and clear communication while collaborating with a team to meet client needs and maintain systems health.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an IT support role or a bachelor’s degree in a technical area.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for clients needing remote technical assistance.
• Build client relationships with active listening and empathy.
• Collaborate within a team to resolve issues effectively.
• Identify and implement resolutions using critical thinking.
• Explain complex concepts in simple terms for all skill levels.
