Qualifications

• Lead deployment services and field installations of high-end products.
• Diagnose and service desktop, server, storage, and networking equipment.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support new applications or infrastructure on-site.
• Procurement, configuration, tuning, staging and installation tasks.
• Lead technicians on site and perform break/fix on servers and storage.
• Support enterprise products and networking gear, including Cisco devices.
• Manage smaller projects and provide escalated problem resolution.
